Immediate Assistance

Our global support network is readily available to resolve your claim quickly and easily. Simply contact us for support and we will connect you with your authorized Hettich representative for real-time, localized support.

Free evaluation units

If you have not yet personally experienced the performance, quality and safety of any Hettich unit, we offer you free evaluation units per limited period of time. These evaluation units will be set up by your local Hettich distributor.

Free installation 

Need help unpacking and installing your unit, setting application parameters, or basic training? Ask your local Hettich representative about our free installation program. 

IQ / OQ

As an extra option, every setup can undergo IQ / OQ certification. A copy of signed documents will remain with every unit onsite. Please contact your personal contact person at Hettich for rates and terms.

Preventive maintenance contracts

Hettich offer preventative maintenance contracts following your purchase. An authorized service engineer will check the unit annually and replace parts where needed. To a certain degree, these parts are included in the contract. Please contact your personal contact person at Hettich for rates and terms.

Warranty and extended warranty

All Hettich products do have a warranty time of 24 month. You have the option to increase the warranty period individually. Once extended warranty is purchased, your unit will be covered under the same terms and conditions as during the standard warranty period granted by Hettich. Free loaner program

We understand runtime is critical for lab performance. If a repair cannot be completed in an appropriate timeframe a free loaner unit will be made available for use during the repair period.
