As an IT Specialist (m/f/d), you keep the IT systems running by planning and configuring them. This includes installing and setting up hardware components (PCs, laptops, or printers), operating systems, and networks in accordance with users’ requirements and preferences. You are also responsible for identifying and resolving errors, using modern diagnostic systems to do so. In addition, as an IT specialist (m/f/d), you create documentation and train users.
Your tasks
- Planning, installing, and operating complex IT systems—from individual clients to entire server environments
- Setting up networks and managing cloud-based solutions
- Gaining familiarity with IT security and data protection
- Supporting users, analyzing errors, and finding “smart” solutions
- Taking on a variety of IT projects
Your profile
- Junior high school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
- Enthusiasm for IT, technology, and digital trends
- Logical thinking skills and a passion for problem-solving
- Team spirit, reliability, and curiosity
