Your tasks
- Project management for the implementation of new HR software, including configuration, testing, data migration and rollout
- Ensuring a successful go-live, as well as ongoing maintenance, further development and user support
- Development and design of modern learning formats focused on digitalization and AI
- Supporting skills development—from identifying needs to applying them in daily work
- Designing training sessions, development programs, and learning paths, as well as conducting training sessions, workshops and “learning nuggets”
- Promoting acceptance of new digital tools and processes
- Establishing practical support for HR IT and professional development topics
Your profile
- A college degree or vocational training in business administration with relevant professional experience
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Business Partner
- High motivation, enthusiasm for digital HR systems, and a genuine affinity for AI technologies
- Desire to actively help shape an HR transformation and take on responsibility in your first project management role
- Strong communication skills, openness, and a passion for guiding colleagues through the process of change
