Your tasks
- Monitoring product performance in the market and handling complaints, including deriving CAPA measures
- Change and obsolescence management: controlling engineering change requests/orders
- Implementing value engineering/design-to-cost measures
- Clarify product changes with interface areas such as development, regulatory affairs, production, and service
- Coordinating the maintenance of product and process documentation in the PLM/ERP system
- Managing and developing employees
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology, electronics or similar.
- Several years of professional experience in development, preferably in cross-functional project teams
- Initial management experience
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- High degree of initiative, responsibility, and quality awareness
