Your tasks
- Building a resilient and international supplier network and maintaining supplier relationships
- Conducting contract negotiations and concluding cost-effective and legally compliant contracts
- Developing a sustainable purchasing strategy to reduce procurement costs and ensure long-term competitiveness, among other things
- Standardizing and digitalizing purchasing processes with the help of modern tools
- Planning, controlling and adhering to the purchasing budget
- Leading and developing an efficient purchasing team
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, logistics or similar
- Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally with management responsibility, in a manufacturing company
- Confident handling of an ERP system (preferably SAP) and experience with e-procurement solutions
- Very good command of English
- Negotiating skills, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
