Your tasks
“Resistance of plastics to typical influences from medical devices during their service life”
- Consideration of influences to which medical devices are exposed during their service life (mechanical, thermal, and chemical influences, moisture, UV radiation, sterilization, etc.)
- Literature research to evaluate the resistance of plastics to the individual influences
- Literature research and fundamental considerations on the combination of the individual influences and their effect
- Evaluation of the suitability of different plastics based on the current state of knowledge
