Your tasks
- Developing an employer branding strategy for Andreas Hettich GmbH
- Designing and implementing internal measures to improve the working conditions of our employees, e.g., by collaborating with our “Fair Team”
- Developing and implementing external employer branding measures to attract talent
- Creating and designing videos for internal communication and external employer marketing
- Creative collaboration on content for career pages, social media, etc.
- Introduction of a validation system, e.g., employee surveys, to measure impact
- Contribution of own ideas—we don't want copies, we want new ideas
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, business management, business informatics, digital business, or similar. We are open-minded and always happy to be convinced by motivated candidates (m/f/d).
- Interest in employer branding, HR, communication, marketing, and innovation
- Creativity, initiative, and a desire to try new things
- Enjoyment of storytelling, video, digital formats, and new ideas
- Structured approach to work—even creative ideas need to be implemented
- Very good German skills, English an advantage
