Your tasks
- Planning, coordination and release of software releases in close coordination with project management and architecture
- Management of the implementation of hardware-related software modules in accordance with specifications
- Sprint planning, prioritization and task distribution within the development team
- Reviewing and releasing code pull requests and enforcing coding guidelines and MISRA C/C++
- Ensuring and monitoring regulatory compliance (IEC 62304, ISO 13485)
- Maintaining release documentation and change management
- Technical and functional management of the software team
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in embedded software development
- Experience in working with embedded operating systems (e.g. FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux)
- Sound knowledge of embedded C / C++, ARM Cortex M controllers and software lifecycle management
- Experience with agile development processes (e.g. Scrum)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, communication and moderation skills
