Your tasks
- Supporting a specific business unit in all HR-related matters
- Providing trusted advice and support to executives on topics such as workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and change processes
- Supporting the entire employee life cycle—from recruitment through development to separation
- Implementing and further developing modern HR processes and tools
- Collaborating on HR projects and supporting transformation and change processes
- Analyzing relevant HR metrics and deriving appropriate measures
- Working constructively with our employee representatives
- Providing support on labor law issues and their implementation
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources, economics, social sciences, or law, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in HR or a comparable role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and modern HR processes
- Strong consulting and communication skills at all organizational levels
- High level of initiative, a solution-oriented mindset, and strong execution skills
- Analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of people and organizations
- Passion for HR and team spirit!
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with HR systems
- Very good command of German and good written and spoken English
