Your tasks
- Assisting with labor law issues and HR-related topics
- Supporting the creation and refinement of policies, processes, and company agreements
- Assisting with employee support and guiding HR-related initiatives
- Researching current developments in labor law and their practical implementation
- Supporting HR projects and internal change processes
- Developing your own ideas for modernizing HR practices
- Contributing to innovative concepts related to collaboration, communication, and corporate culture
Your profile
- You are studying human resources management, business administration, business law, or a related field
- You are looking for a practical semester or a required internship in the field of HR or labor law
- You are interested in labor law issues and the people behind employment relationships
- You want to gain practical experience and discover which topics truly inspire you
- You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner
- You bring curiosity, strong communication skills, and a passion for new ideas to the table
- You want to take on responsibility and further develop your professional profile
