Your tasks
- Developing and coordinating a realistic production plan that takes into account customer needs, capacity, material availability, and production constraints
- Managing, prioritizing, and tracking customer orders throughout the entire production process
- Ensuring high on-time delivery rates by identifying and addressing deviations and bottlenecks early on
- Providing a transparent overview of capacities, backlogs, and delivery bottlenecks, and implementing appropriate measures
- Developing and utilizing meaningful key performance indicators to manage production planning, capacity utilization, and delivery performance
- Continuously optimizing planning and control processes and further developing the ERP systems in use
- Providing technical and managerial leadership to the Production Planning & Production Control team
- Serving as the SAP Key User for the PP module
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training, ideally followed by further education; a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field is also welcome.
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, production control, work planning, supply chain management, or a comparable field is desirable
- Initial leadership experience is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience working with planning, reporting, and key performance indicator (KPI) systems
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong customer focus, service orientation, and results-driven mindset, as well as the ability to work under pressure
