Immediate Assistance

Preventive maintenance contracts

Hettich offer preventative maintenance contracts following your purchase. An authorized service engineer will check the unit annually and replace parts where needed. Please contact your personal contact person at Hettich for rates and terms.


Installation help

Need help unpacking and installing your unit, setting application parameters, or basic training? Ask your local Hettich representative about our installation program. 



As an extra option, every setup can undergo IQ / OQ certification. A copy of signed documents will remain with every unit onsite. Please contact your personal contact person at Hettich for rates and terms.


Loan units

There should be no long downtimes in the laboratory. If a repair is not possible within a reasonable period of time, there is the option of providing you with a loaner unit for the interim period.


Return of old devices

When returning old devices, please ensure that the transport lock is installed. In order to safeguard the well-being of individuals, the environment, and materials, it is mandatory to decontaminate and clean the device and its accessories before shipping them back to Andreas Hettich GmbH & Co. KG. We reserve the right to refuse contaminated devices or accessories. Any expenses associated with cleaning and disinfection will be billed to the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

All Hettich products do have a warranty time of 24 month.
