Your tasks
- Initial technical consultation, as well as evaluation and handling of complaints regarding our equipment—including analysis, classification, and coordination of technical measures in accordance with process specifications
- Execution and coordination of repairs both domestically and internationally, as well as within the internal repair department
- Creation, maintenance, and adaptation of spare parts kits, as well as monitoring of technical changes
- Maintenance and quality assurance of service, repair, and master data in the ERP and document management systems
- Revision and updating of technical documents such as service instructions, repair manuals, or test documentation
- Close collaboration with internal service, field service, quality, development, purchasing, logistics, and other departments
- Participation in departmental and company-wide projects—including the implementation of defined project tasks
- Planning, preparation, and delivery of service and product training sessions domestically and internationally in close coordination with team leadership
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training or a comparable recognized qualification; ideally, further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Initial to several years of professional experience in technical service or customer service
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in using an ERP system (ideally SAP) as well as excellent MS Office skills
- Experience with service or ticketing systems is a plus
- Solid understanding of complaint, repair, and service processes, as well as technical fault analysis
- High reliability, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and customer focus
- Structured, process-oriented approach to work and good time and priority management
- Willingness to travel for service assignments and training both domestically and internationally
