Hettich Benelux has been part of the German Hettich Group since 1988. In addition to the Netherlands, the Hettich Group also has its own companies in Asia, China, France, Switzerland and America. It collaborates with premium distributors worldwide. Since 2024, the German company Philipp Kirsch GmbH (Willstätt-Sand) has also been part of the Hettich Group.
The Hettich Group's head office is located in Tuttlingen, where approximately 500 employees work. All of Andreas Hettich's research, development and production departments (centrifuges/incubators) are located here on a site covering approximately 18,000 m².
Hettich Benelux was founded in 1946 and has been based in Geldermalsen since 2011, with offices and a production hall covering approximately 3,400 m². Find out more about our history Click here.

Quality, customization and standards
At Hettich Benelux, we design and manufacture equipment where the reliability of temperature control, humidity and gases is important. The possibilities are vast, as long as the elements of climate and temperature play a role. Of course, we ensure that all custom-made solutions comply with relevant (medical) standards and regulations. From the initial design to the finished products, we produce the Hettich Benelux products and almost every part in-house according to our high standards. With special attention and precision, we produce a high-quality product from design to final product.
Besides our own products, we also supply equipment from A-brands such as Kirsch, Memmert, Systec, Liebherr, Gram Helmer Scientific, Erlab, Haier Biomedical and Smeg.

Germany
Centrifuges and incubators (HettCube series) are manufactured in Tuttlingen, Germany. Global companies and distributors sell and service these products.
Netherlands
The products from us, Hettich Benelux, are manufactured in our own factory in Geldermalsen, the Netherlands. We often customise our products for the customer. The possibilities are enormous. Although 'Benelux' is in our name, we have been supplying our products worldwide for over 79 years. At Hettich, a specialised team of about 40 people work in Geldermalsen and ± 500 in Germany.
Responsibility and Sustainability
Hettich Benelux takes responsibility for both the safety of its staff and the protection of the environment.
By opting for climate-friendly logistics solutions and using local suppliers wherever possible, it makes an important contribution to reducing road transport.
Programmes are in place to prioritise sea freight over air freight, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions. These programmes are regularly assessed by external experts. Hettich Benelux has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001 since 2015.
The management of Hettich Benelux has drawn up a quality and environmental policy statement that reflects its commitment to continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.
