Preventive maintenance

Reliable equipment starts with proper maintenance. With a preventive maintenance contract, you can avoid unexpected breakdowns, lost production time and frustrations on the shop floor – and reduce your overall maintenance costs in the long run. Our equipment is of excellent quality; regular maintenance ensures it stays that way.

Sign your maintenance contract immediately upon purchase — and we will automatically schedule the first service, approximately 12 months after delivery. Been using your equipment for a while? No problem. You can sign a contract at any time. We will then start with a baseline assessment to evaluate the current condition of your equipment and subsequently advise you on the most suitable contract.

We offer two types of contract: the WIBAZ contract, intended for (academic) hospitals, and our own Hettich Benelux contract for all other institutions. Both contracts have a minimum term of 3 years, are automatically renewed for 12 months and are indexed annually in line with the NZa.

We also maintain equipment from brands that we do not sell ourselves; so you do not need to approach multiple parties.

Combine maintenance with calibration and save on costs whilst ensuring your equipment delivers accurate readings. Do you also require validation for traceability? We engage an external party to carry out an objective validation.

Our service engineers are trained on our products and certified for safety (VCA-VOL). For work in cleanrooms, they hold the necessary additional certificates.
