‘Customer journey’; how it works
1. Initial consultation: We discuss your requirements and work together to find a solution.
2. Technical assessment: Our engineers assess the feasibility and our sales team sends you a quotation. Not feasible? Together we’ll find an alternative.
3. Order received: The technical drawing is finalised and sent to you for approval.
4. Approval; Your approval of the technical drawing marks the start of the process.
5. Production and delivery; We schedule the order, inform you of the estimated delivery time and start production.
A FAT/SAT or IQ/OQ is usually part of the process and otherwise optional.

This custom-built MPC (cooling incubator) has been designed with energy efficiency in mind, and you’ll notice the difference straight away when using it.
The glass door gives you a clear view of your products, so you keep the door open for as short a time as possible. Are products situated further back? At the touch of a button, the LED lighting illuminates for 30 seconds. And depending on your layout and scanning system, you can register products without opening the door.
This HSP50 climate chamber has been designed to meet the need for additional volume. By connecting this chamber to an existing building, it provided an extra 50 m³ of space.
This climate chamber accommodates 16 Danish trolleys. You can automatically control the lighting and irrigation for each trolley individually, without having to enter the chamber. You adjust the settings using the intuitive touchscreen on the outside of the climate chamber.
Example of a Pass-Trough Incubator, stainless steel 304, dimensions 2173,5 x 841,5 x 903 mm. The incubator provides a controlled environment for i.e. cultivation of micro-organisms. Used for medical tests such as detection of baterical in samples and non-medical tests such as detection of bacteria in food/water. Temperature range 5 °C - 40 °C. Safe operation guaranteed up to a max. RH of 80% at temperatures up to 31 °C decreasing linearly to 50% RH with temp. at 40 °C.
