As early as 2002, Gram integrated the world's first environmentally friendly cooling technology into its products. Gram strives for environmentally friendly solutions, such as CFC- and HCFC-free insulation and minimising energy consumption in production.

In de range of Laboratory Freezers, 4 series are available:

They come in either a white or stainless-steel finish, with an ABS interior. All with automated smart defrost with re-evaporation of defrost water.  All BioLine models feature the modern MPC 4.6 operating system, which includes visual and acoustic alarms for exceeding temperature limits, temperature history, an additional sensor for measuring the temperature in the stored materials, a voltage-free output, keyboard lock and LED display with soft-touch keys.
