Helmer Scientific QuickThaw® DH2

Helmer's QuickThaw® Plasma Thawing Systems combine controlled temperature with gentle agitation to quickly and safely thaw plasma and cryoprecipitate. Available in multiple sizes from 2 (DH2 capability 2 bags) to 8 bag capacities; the system offers flexibility for every setting. 

The DH2 is extremely compact and perfect as a backup unit. QuickThaw allows you to work faster and smarter: load, set, and walk away, the machine does the rest. 

Thanks to optimal heat transfer in 36.5°C water, plasma is thawed quickly and safely, resulting in less pre-thawed (and unused) plasma. This saves costs.

Suitable for both random and apheresis plasma bags. Thanks to disposable bags, there is no risk of leakage or contamination as with systems with internal bags. The open tank is also easy to clean, with no hidden areas. Plasma bags can be inserted or removed immediately, without having to wait for water to fill or empty. This allows you to achieve higher yields in less time than with traditional systems.
