Helmer Scientific QuickThaw® DH4

Helmer's QuickThaw® Plasma Thawing Systems combine controlled temperature with gentle agitation to quickly and safely thaw plasma and cryoprecipitate. The DH4 offers capacity for 4 bags,  the system offers flexibility for every setting. 

The baskets in the DH4 function independently, allowing you to start batches at different times. Once finished, the system automatically lifts the bags out of the water, even in the event of an alarm. This offers extra safety and time savings.QuickThaw allows you to work faster and smarter: load, set, and walk away, the machine does the rest. 

Thanks to optimal heat transfer in 36.5°C water, plasma is thawed quickly and safely, resulting in less pre-thawed (and unused) plasma. This saves costs.

Suitable for both random and apheresis plasma bags. Thanks to disposable bags, there is no risk of leakage or contamination as with systems with internal bags. The open tank is also easy to clean, with no hidden areas. Plasma bags can be inserted or removed immediately, without having to wait for water to fill or empty. This allows you to achieve higher yields in less time than with traditional systems.
