Hettich Benelux Compact Aspiration System

In laboratories, suction systems are used to aspirate, collect and then remove liquids from cuvettes, microtiter plates, culture flasks, tubes and petri dishes. A routine task that requires equipment that is compact but also easy to operate and install.
Hettich Benelux has 3 models of suction systems, ranging from a simple to an automatic system. Various accessories are available for the systems and, if required, an extension set. The bottle quick connectors are easy to remove and empty.

The compact system (AZ 02/04) is suitable for occasional use. Fitted as standard with:

•  700 mBar membrane vacuum pump
•  1 bottle of 2 or 4 litres (with quick connectors)
•  1x 3m hose incl. membrane filter 0.2 μm, 2x AW 01 hose clip Ø 6 mm, 1x ventilation insert for autoclaving Ø 6 mm and 1x silicone hose 3m (6 x 2 mm)
• User manual English/German

The extraction rate of this AZ 02/04 model is approx. 4 litres per minute of air. For proper operation, we recommend using the handle 800013200 and the stainless steel bottle holder to prevent the bottle from tipping over and clogging the filter and stopping the system.
