Our Service options

Hettich Benelux manufactures and supplies high-quality climate and laboratory equipment. Offering excellent serivce is of course part of this.


Our service team will respond to your questions as quickly as possible and provide you with expert support. Whether it is manuals, trial installations, malfunctions, installation assistance or maintenance contracts, we are here to ensure that your equipment always works reliably.

Maintenance contracts

Hettich Benelux offers two types of maintenance contracts: the “WIBAZ” and the “Hettich Benelux” contracts. These are multi-year maintenance contracts that are indexed annually in accordance with the NZa.

A certified service engineer inspects the device annually and replaces parts if necessary. The engineer always follows a set protocol, a copy of which you will receive.

Installation help

Need help unpacking and installing your device, setting up the application parameters or basic training?

Please contact your HettichBenelux account manager or our Service & Installation department.
 

IQ / OQ

As an additional option, each installation can undergo IQ/OQ certification. A copy of the signed documents remains with each unit on site.

Loan units

Equipment downtime in laboratories cannot be too long. If a repair cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time, we may provide you with a replacement device in the meantime.

Warranty

All Hettich (Benelux) products come with a 24-month warranty. The brands Systec, Memmert, Erlab, Liebherr, Gram, Haier Biomedical, Helmer, Bühler and Smeg come with a warranty period of 12 to 36 months (depending on the brand).
