Hettich Benelux manufactures and supplies high-quality climate and laboratory equipment. Offering excellent serivce is of course part of this.
Our service team will respond to your questions as quickly as possible and provide you with expert support. Whether it is manuals, trial installations, malfunctions, installation assistance or maintenance contracts, we are here to ensure that your equipment always works reliably.

Hettich Benelux offers two types of maintenance contracts: the “WIBAZ” and the “Hettich Benelux” contracts. These are multi-year maintenance contracts that are indexed annually in accordance with the NZa.
A certified service engineer inspects the device annually and replaces parts if necessary. The engineer always follows a set protocol, a copy of which you will receive.
