Memmert Battery Test Chamber U-BTC
This new test chamber of Memmert was specially developed for controlled thermal battery testing up to Hazard Level 4. The test chamber combines precise temperature control with integrated safety features for reliable test conditions.
Effective battery testing goes beyond temperature accuracy. A reliable test setup must also address heat generation, test specific requirements and potential failure events.
The U-BTC has been purpose built for thermal battery testing up to Hazard Level 4, providing safe and consistent conditions. With a temperature range from +20 °C to +120 °C, it accommodates a wide variety of battery testing procedures. Advanced safety features, including pressure relief, mechanical door locking and process-dependent electronic locking, help ensure maximum protection throughout the test process.
