Hettich Benelux Monitoring SYCL!

No monthly or annual licence fees.

SYCL allows you to monitor, among other things, temperature, relative humidity, pressure, cleanroom particles in cleanrooms, air velocity, CO2 and O2 across different departments or buildings (modular structure). Monitoring how often and how long a door is opened or a water bath is switch on is also possible. If the incuabtor's setpoint changes, the alarm limits of SYCL are automatically adjusted. SYCL is available wirelessly and wired.

One-off software licence fees (upon purchase/expansion).
Multilingual (NL and EN).
Licence for 3 substations (of 24 measurement points each); extension possible.
PT-100 with four-wire connection for high measurement accuracy.
2 users simultaneously in the system, unlimited user access.
Alarm configuration options for e.g. weekends and working days.
Uploading data to your server/cloud.
Statistical values per measurement point callable by user.
By default, SYCL is wired; this is because then you only need to make the change in the server room (patching) if you move equipment internally.

Advantages

No monthly or yearly licence fees

Hardware and software are fully owned by Hettich Benelux. You pay software licence fees only once, when purchasing or expanding.

Thereafter, there are no monthly/annual recurring licence fees.

More than just temperature

SYCL allows you to monitor temperature, relative humidity, pressure, cleanroom particles, air velocity, CO₂ and O₂ across different departments/buildings (modular structure), among others.

Back-up

In case of server maintenance, all data is stored locally for up to 24 hours (extension possible).

As soon as the server is 'active' again, the saved data is automatically added to database.

Web based

SYCL uses Microsoft® components, making it compatible with most common software.

Our monitoring system is browser-independent (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and runs on Windows10 and 11.

Traceability & security

SYCL uses an SQL database this ensures, that all data is stored encrypted and cannot be manipulated.

The database can be redundant.

All actions performed are also logged in an audit trail.

The right accessories and options for this product

Back up expansion

Standard backup within SYCL is up to 24 hours.

By installing an SD card, you can extend the backup time and data.

Wireless

Wireless SYCL does not use general wifi because it is prone to interference. We use a stable proprietary 433 Mhz network.

SMS and e-mail notification

With the e-mail and SMS licence, it is possible to have the SYCL software send a message in the event of an alarm notification.

Purchasing and managing the SMS bundle is up to the user.

Optical, acoustic and phone alarms

On alarm, lights and buzzer come on. A mute button allows the buzzer to be muted. A call tree can also be set up to quickly reach a certain group of people by phone.

An alarm notification is repeated until the notification is received correctly and the relevant alarm is reset in SYCL.

Maintenance contract

For SYCL, you can take out a maintenance contract with us. This involves an annual functional test of the complete system. In addition, the system is cleaned, the latest updates are installed and you receive a protocol.

You can choose a maintenance contract with or without calibration. If you choose 'with calibration', you still have the choice between Hettich or RvA certified company.
