Preventive maintenance

The quality of our equipment is excellent but it is certainly also important, that your equipment is properly and regularly maintained to increase its reliability. Our advice is therefore to purchase a preventive maintenance contract. This prevents unnecessary breakdowns, loss of time and frustration on the shop floor at a later date. In the long run, this will also reduce your maintenance costs.

A preventive maintenance contract can be purchased at any time. If you conclude a maintenance contract immediately upon purchasing your equipment, our service technician will come for the first maintenance about 12 months after delivery. Would you like a maintenance agreement on equipment that is several years old and has never had official maintenance? Then a maintenance agreement is also possible, but we will first perform a 'zero check'. Depending on the results of the zero check, a maintenance agreement can be drawn up. 

Hettich Benelux offers 2 types of maintenance contracts, namely the 'WIBAZ' and the 'Hettich Benelux' contracts. These are 3-year maintenance contracts (with tacit 12-month extension) that are indexed annually according to the NZa.  We also do maintenance on equipment of other brands.

You can also choose to have your equipment calibrated during preventive maintenance. We use certified measuring equipment for this purpose. We can also validate your equipment; we engage an external party for an objective validation.

Our service technicians hold a valid VCA certificate (VOL) and receive regular refresher training on the products in our product range. Some service technicians are also in possession of an F-gases certificate and/or a certificate 'cleanroom
behaviour GMP' for performing work in cleanrooms.
